Night Fire and Wild Speed are twins. Their ancestors arrived on Earth over 10,000 years ago and built an underwater city. Unfortunately, the technology they depended on to maintain their underground city began to malfunction, threatening their existence. Daniel and Alexis's father sent them to the surface in order to save their lives. Just like their father predicted, the Earth's atmosphere gave Daniel and Alexis super powers that turned them into Night Fire and Wild Speed.
