After an explosion in Professor Erik Takoshi's United States Laboratory at the Takiti Institute, his lab assistant Tyler fuses with the Mode 17 Chamber and the entire Dinosaur DNA Database is loaded into his DNA. Now Tyler has the ability to morph into every dinosaur in his database. Unfortunately, the US government has different plans for Tyler involving becoming a super soldier for the military. They consider him a weapon and have placed him on the Military's Most Wanted list.
