Laura Hults, a physicist and engineer, goes back in time to stop Jack The Ripper from killing her maternal great grandmother. However, although Laura saves her great grandmother, in a twisted and unpredictable turn of events she unwittingly falls in love with Jack The Ripper and mother's his child, Jackie. This series follows the adventures of Jackie as her life in the underground fight world get upended by government agents hunting her down for a time-traveling device she doesn't even know her mother left her.
