At the age of 5 Angela Roberts' parents flew to Iceland on an archeological expedition and brought Angela along. Due to engine failure they crash landed near the very cave they went to explore. Unfortunately, Angela's parents passed out from their injuries after making it to the cave. Angela heard noises deep in the cave and went to find out what it was. Her parents came to just in time to witness Angela being pulled into the Well of the Orcliptz, and they never saw her again. The story begins when, 15 years later, that little girl returns home as a woman with the power to control ice. In addition to controlling ice, she returned to her city Metrolix with Cool, Aloof, Chill, and Frosty - a group of symbiotic ice gods who escaped from their prison by merging with Angela, now known as Icela.
