FroLicious is a 65 year old janitor habitually grumpy and defeated by his boring life. One day he stumbles upon a laboratory accident at work. The spilled chemicals he cleans end up bestowing him with superpowers, reversing his age, and leaving him with a head full of hair...thus the name "FroLicious." Unknown to Frolicious at the time he received his powers, a group named the 36th had also received similar powers but unstable.
